厚煤层区段小煤柱切顶护巷研究及应用

摘要: 为了解决厚煤层留设区段小煤柱条件下巷道支护技术难题,利用理论研究和数值模拟相结合的方法,对顶板超前钻孔形成预裂切缝技术进行了研究,采用非爆破的方式实现基本顶断裂位态的主动控制,优化巷道顶板承载结构,有效降低覆岩关键块对煤柱的附加载荷,进而确保巷道稳定性。理论计算表明,未进行切顶时,关键块B断裂位置距离采空区5.73m,在小煤柱上方靠近巷道处,且在关键块B的作用下小煤柱所受应力为17.76MPa,应力集中系数达到1.4,小煤柱易失稳。数值模拟结果表明,超前钻孔切顶可以有效消除煤柱上覆关键块B对小煤柱的影响。通过现场工业性实验,工作面回采期间,小煤柱整体较为稳定,巷道顶底板位移量不超过200mm,两帮收缩量不超过350mm。研究结果表明,采用非爆破方式实现对顶板结构的有效调控,解决巷道支护难题是可行的。

Abstract: Abstract :In order to solve the technical problems of roadway support under the conditions of narrow coal pillars in thick coal seams.Using the method of theoretical research and numerical simulation, the technology of forming pre-split kerfs by advance drilling in the roof was studied.The non-blasting method is used to realize the active control of the basic top fracture position, optimize the load bearing structure of the roadway roof, effectively reduce the additional load of the key rock cover to the coal pillar, and further ensure the stability of the roadway.Theoretical calculations show that when the cutting is not performed,the location of the fracture of key block B is 5.73m away from the goaf and close to the roadway above the narrow pillar.And under the action of the key block B, the stress on the narrow coal pillars is 17.76Mpa, the stress is concentrated. Stress concentration factor reaches 1.4. And the narrow coal pillars are easily destabilized.The numerical simulation results show that cutting the top of the drill hole in advance can effectively eliminate the influence of the key block B on the coal pillar to the narrow coal pillar.Through on-site industrial experiments, the overall length of the narrow coal pillars during the mining period is relatively stable, the displacement of the roadway roof and floor does not exceed 200 mm, and the shrinkage of the two gangs does not exceed 350 mm.The research results show that it is feasible to use the non-blasting method to achieve effective regulation of the roof structure and solve the roadway support problems.
